开发商为了获得更好的营销目的，将这仅103平米的室内空间，分隔成了四房两厅的空间布局，如此一来，每个房间显得相当逼仄，其带来的空间尺度感受十分糟糕。同时，重庆设计师受限于原户型设计的动线及空间尺度关系，并未设置独立的入户玄关（缓冲）区域，这些都将影响到生活空间的品质与功能的完整性。

For better marketing purposes, the developer divided the 103 square meters of indoor space into a four-bedroom and two-living space layout. At the same time, limited by the circulation and spatial scale relationship of the original apartment design, no independent entrance hall (buffer) area is set up, which will affect the quality and functional integrity of the living space.

重庆设计师除了自身对于空间的实际使用诉求之外，空间的物理尺度与表达自我的精神尺度应一同得到适度的放开。因为，这将与生活的实际品质紧密相关。而我，则迫切的需要这一状态。这种状态将是从容的，舒适的，也是我能驾驭的尺度关系。它满足了不同的需求，在适度转换空间职能的过程中，提升空间的实用性与多样性。
