为此，本哲将六层的建筑空间进行了有效的功能划分：一、二楼是接待和用餐空间；三、四楼是业主父辈的起居空间；五楼和六楼则是业主的婚房及室外活动空间。别墅设计每个功能空间，局部双层通高，且与其他功能空间互不影响，形成流畅而完整的空间体验，赋予整个住宅一种既亲密又自由的氛围。
Therefore, Benzhe has reasonably divided the six-story building by functions: the first and second floors are for reception and dining; the third and fourth floors are living space forthe generation of the owner; the fifth and sixth floors are owner's wedding room and outdoor activity space. Each function space is partially double-height and does not affect other function space, bringing a smooth and complete space experience as well as an intimate and free atmosphere.

底楼是会客厅及茶空间，西面、北面部分墙体及局部楼板被拆除，视觉通透，室内光与影交错。透过拱门，原有低矮的空间被挑高的中庭所代替，方便家人之间的对话与交流。
The ground floor is for reception and tea, with part walls and floors of the west and north side removed, bringing a transparent view with light and shadow. After walking through the arched door, one can find the original low space replaced by a high atrium, which brings convenience for communication between families.
