本案是一个468平方的大平层公寓，是总裁的第二居所，不仅是一位总裁的私人避风港，同时，它还满足高雅的家宴与专业的商务会客需求。

中山大平层设计仪式感与私密性二者精妙融合。不论是家宴，还是商务活动，空间配置都需巧妙安排。

This case is a 468 square meter large flat apartment, which is the second residence of the CEO. 中山大平层设计采用意式轻奢风格，是一个关于精致生活态度的叙说。它不同于一般奢华的繁复和浮夸，更倾向于内敛、细致与品位的呈现。

在细节处理上，我们追求工艺的精致与材料的高质，在朴素中透露奢华，呈现出一种淡定自若的商务气质。整个空间流淌着一种平和而温暖的气息，既展现了居住者的成功与成就，也激发了对美好生活的向往与思考。

在材质的选用上，我们崇尚质感与自然，中山大平层设计运用了大量天然石材、精选木材及精致金属元素。色彩上则以深色调为主，搭配光泽柔和的金属装饰，传递出一种内敛而非张扬的奢华感。

In terms of material selection, we advocate for texture and nature, using a large amount of natural stone, selected wood, and exquisite metal elements.
