并不能满足他们的实际功能需求和审美要求
老林总夫妇喜欢带有东方底蕴的空间，小林总夫妇则偏好时髦有气度，同时能满足三孩家庭需求的空间。
Mr. And Mrs. Lin like the space with Oriental heritage, while Mr. And Mrs. Lin prefer the space that is fashionable and generous and can meet the needs of three-child families.
通过近一年的整改，两套满足三代人的dream house圆满落地。既满足世代之间需要独立生活的空间需求又开启了三代同堂，充满家族温情的新生活。

老林总夫妇喜爱中华传统文化，特别是老林总的妻子弹得一手好古筝，气质里自带一种中式的优雅气韵。他们希望居住的空间，能将中国传统文化的韵和意融入其间。

The space frame and layout are flexible and changeable, crisscrossing blocks, calm and delicate soft outfit modeling, a deep and distant artistic conception floating however, firm and warm, bearing the traces of years, presenting the old Lin couple's expectations for life.
在茶道中构建独处的自由维度，洄游之间绿意延伸，木色与光影陈情，一方茶台围合一隅悠然。
