1. 灵感---深圳次时代

1. Inspiration -- Shenzhen Generation Next

“在二十世纪初,两项伟大的新发明出现在我们眼前:室内设计师飞机和田园城市。这两项发明都预示着一个新时代的到来:第一项发明赋予人类翅膀,第二项发明承诺当人降落到地面时会有一个更好的住所。”

次时代理解为下一代,另一种含义则与人工智能相关,深圳更是人工智能最具代表性城市,深圳次时代,是最接近对未来想象的地方之一。

Generation Next is the next generation, and another meaning is related to artificial intelligence. Shenzhen is the most representative city of artificial intelligence. And Shenzhen Generation Next is one of the places closest to the imagination of the future.

项目位于深圳龙华观澜,界于城市繁华与绿色生态环境之间室内设计师,打造以全时餐饮为主题、社交化节点场景以及未来社区“外部盒子”为价值主张的生活方式展示区,为满足年轻家庭、以追求效率和健康的年轻人的多样化需求居住群体,希望能够借助未来生活的概念与经久的材料,为项目赋予一种超前的特质,让客户感受精致、都市、高品质的生活街区及未来美好生活场景。

This project is located in Shenzhen Longhua Guanlan, the boundary between the city and the green ecological environment, building with full-time food as the theme, social scene node and future community lifestyle "outside the box" as the value proposition of the exhibit, to meet the young family, in pursuit of efficiency and health of young people live to fulfill the diversified demands of groups, It is hoped that the concept of future life and durable materials can be used to endow the project with a forward-looking quality, so that customers can feel the exquisite, urban, high-quality living blocks and future beautiful life scenes.

未来是科技化与信息化的时代,未来的科技需要被赋予新的内容和含义,室内设计师科技愈加智能,愈加趋向人性化,也就愈加关注对人的关怀。因此在这个项目中,设计师深度思考了基于深圳大环境下地产的本质,裹挟在科技智慧和城市发展与生态平衡中的生活应该是怎样的?

The future is the era of science and technology and information, the future of science and technology needs to be given new content and meaning, science and technology more intelligent, more tend to humanization, also more attention to the concern for people. Therefore, in this project, the designer has deeply thought about the nature of real estate in the context of Shenzhen, and what life should be like in the context of technological wisdom, urban development and ecological balance.

这个项目不应该是隐藏在本质下的噱头外壳,而是以人为出发点,以关注人的情感需求为发散,赋予空间以温度、以情感、以生命力,在科技智慧、人文情感、自然生态三力平衡下共同融合具备人居美学的“生态家园”。

This project should not be a gimmick shell hidden in the essence, but starting from people, focusing on the emotional needs of people as divergent, endow the space with temperature, emotion, vitality, under the balance of scientific and technological wisdom, human emotion, natural ecology, and jointly integrate the "ecological home" with human settlement aesthetics.

基于城市属性与环境属性设计师构思了“未来牧场”概念,概念中目之所及处机器人在挤最新鲜的牛奶,飞船悬浮于山头上空看管着绵羊群,田野间的机器人正井井有条地操作着机器播种施肥......人诗意地栖居,让生活室内设计师通向远方,让自然与时光一起飞速滑行,带起优雅的弧线,有着一种难得的栖居魅力。

Based on urban attributes and environmental attributes designers conceived the concept of "future pasture", the concept of the robot in the sight of the most fresh milk, the spaceship suspended over the mountain to watch over the sheep, the robot in the field is in order to operate the machine sowing fertilization...... People poetically living, let nature and time together fast glide, with an elegant arc, has a rare charm of living.

在“未来牧场”的概念思考中,我们营造现代人生活的一个全新面貌,探讨科技和生态将被纳入生活的涵义,这其中包含着对科技智慧的探索与融合,以及对自然生态的敬畏。

In the concept of "Future Ranch", we create a new look of modern people's life, and discuss the meaning that science and technology and ecology will be included in life, which includes the exploration and integration of scientific and technological wisdom, as well as the reverence for natural ecology.

在第四消费时代,人们普遍重视“共享”,从崇尚时尚、奢侈品,室内设计师经历注重质量和舒适度,进而过渡到回归内心的满足感。

In the fourth consumption era, people generally attach importance to "sharing", from advocating fashion and luxury goods, to paying attention to quality and comfort, and then to returning to the satisfaction of the heart.

设计师看到空间正在被赋予社交属性,强调沉浸式场景的社交体验空室内设计师间的趋势,这是一个全新的以人的体验为中心的思考角度。在对人与空间情感连接的思考中,受到社交体验空间的启发,在建筑空间中采用一种开放性氛围,模糊功能区的边界。

Designers see that spaces are being given social attributes, emphasizing the trend of social experiencespaces with immersive scenes, which is a new perspective of thinking centered on human experience. In thinking about the emotional connection between people and space, inspired by the social experience space, an open atmosphere is used in the architectural space to blur the boundary of the functional area.
