本项目位于河南郑州国际文化创意产业园，绿博片区规划面积132平方公里，以“文化创意、时尚旅游、高端商务”为主导产业，重点突出以“绿意、水秀”为主导，以“休闲、慢生活”为主体的低碳生态田园城市，全力建设“国际化、现代化、时尚、创意”的旅游文化新城，打造出“东方奥兰多”，在小城中呈现出大世界。
The project is located in Cultural Creative Industrial Park，ZhengZhou, Henan. The green area is about 132 kilometers,with“cultural, creativity, fashion tourism, high-end business”as the leading industry, focused on“picturesque scenery,leisure life”as the main culture, to build a tourist town in “international,modern,fashionable,and creative”, as“Oriental Orlando”.

将这三种境界置于对空间的塑造中，正好诠释出逐层递进的场域精神，换句话说，设计不是仅仅依靠概念而成立的，必须与其所处的场所、四周环境、以及人文等现代理论进行对话，结合当下的审美升华创作，才能达到脱离象、又超乎象。室内设计师

本案以“几代同堂”为设计背景，为家庭观念重的居住人群打造出流行时尚、舒适实用的多居室房型；设计师以青花元素为主体，置用大面积的护墙板，引用欧式线条，缀以青花元素的马赛克及墙纸、素雅的石材拼花，在设计中融入中西合并元素，搭配出你中有我、我中有你，具备神秘气息，又韵味十足的创新设计效果。
This penthouse is designed for several generations, a house in fashionable and comfortable. Blue and white as the main design elements, with large area of clapboard and reference to European lines, compose with the Mosaic and wallpaper of blue and white elements, simple mosaic medallion，blending in Chinese and Western elements, to create a mysterious and charming space.
欧洲家具的搭配布置，演绎出设计师对神秘而典雅的东方风情有着执着的认知，以中西结合的设计理念勾勒出整体风格复古的同时，又不失大气、兼容并蓄的气质，整体呈现出西情东韵，古风新律的空间反应。
