The tea affairs series, interpreted with retro frames, perfectly blends British temperament with modern Eastern context.

深圳静安府售楼处设计将销售功能自然的融入茶文化空间，使它在都市青年生活方式之外，成为能让共同的情感和回忆自然交汇与流动的“院子”，这是我们设计的出发点。The starting point of our design is to naturally integrate the sales function into the Tea culture space and make it become a "courtyard" that allows common emotions and memories to naturally converge and flow beyond the lifestyle of urban youth.
深圳静安府售楼处设计除了销售中心，我们尝试去深挖它作为一个交互场所的意涵，使居民重拾生活的温度与实感，使其兼具商业性和开放性。于是在本案中我们呈现了极具连接性的融合，并期待它与使用者共生、共创、共享。In addition to the sales center, we are trying to delve deeper into its significance as an interactive venue, allowing residents to regain the warmth and realism of their lives, making it both commercial and open. So in this case, we presented a highly connected fusion and looked forward to its symbiosis, co creation, and sharing with users.
