空間是一種表現藝術，也是一種情感象徵，居於城市，样板间设计追求本真生活，我們從地方文化中尋找創作靈感，在城市肌理中汲取創作元素，承襲文化精髓，勾勒人文質感，打造具有潮汕文化底蘊的人居空間。

Space is a kind of expressive art and an emotional symbol. Living in the city and pursuing the true life, we seek creative inspiration from local culture, draw creative elements from the urban texture, inherit the essence of culture, outline the humanistic texture, and create a Chaoshan cultural heritage. 紅的色彩及大理石紋理的碰撞，高朋滿座間，一個談天論地、盞品家常的會客空間躍然成形，設計以鮮明的色彩層次渲染東方格調。

The collision of red color and marble texture, with a crowd of friends, a chatty and homely guest space has taken shape, and the design uses bright color gradation to render the oriental style.

有潮汕人的地方，便有工夫茶的影子。鄭板橋說：「最愛晚涼佳客至，一壺新茗泡松蘿。」喝茶，大約是繁瑣無趣的日常輪迴里，最輕易就能「出離」的一種生命體驗。這齣離心，一半來自茶湯的慰籍，另一半，則源於空間營造的氛圍。

繞過島台，目光所及之處，样板间设计儘是用餐區的雅致與熱烈。推杯換盞之間，是與「我」或知己好友的不言自明，仿佛空間的靜謐，便是一切最好的答案。
