沙盘区 | Chat Area 

随着楼梯往上，来到开放洽谈区。这里充分考虑到空间的利用，拉高整体形象，提升业主的购买欲望，我们特地采用皮质加金属洽谈椅、石材金属结合的洽谈桌，彰显空间的品质感。为每一位尊贵的顾客竭力营造舒适，安心的洽谈环境。

As the stairs go up, come to the open negotiation area. Here, we fully consider the use of space, raise the overall image, and enhance the owner's desire to purchase. We specially use the leather and metal negotiation chair, stone and metal combination negotiation table to demonstrate the quality of the space. For every valued customer, we strive to create a comfortable and secure environment.

水吧台 | Chat Area 

洽谈区旁边的水吧区，布置两组皮质吧椅来供客户一个小憩。吊灯的选型也是一款具有变化性的组合吊灯，给人一种动感的形态。

In the water bar area next to the negotiation area, two sets of leather bar chairs are arranged for customers to take a nap. The selection of chandeliers is also a versatile combination chandelier that gives a dynamic form.

吧台上则运用了意大利艺术家Annaluigia boeretto，“水”系列雕塑装置！将水的动态瞬间捕捉，定格成永恒的经典之作！再次呼应我们的主题！

On the bar, the Italian artist Annaluigia boeretto, the "Water" series sculpture installation! Capture the dynamic moment of water and set it into a timeless classic! Respond to our theme again!
