若历史留在空间里的线索是建筑，音乐便是时间的余韵。“建筑是凝固的音乐”，德国作家歌德曾如此赞颂建筑给予人的体验。并论两者，售楼处设计透过比例和结构布局，引人产生和谐或不同强度的情绪震撼，占据抽象、具象两端的艺术，本质上却拥有极致相似性。
If the clue of history left in space is architecture, music is the afterrhyme of time. "Architecture is frozen music", German writer Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe once praised the experience architecture gives people. 透过垂直量体错落而成的进退面，售楼处设计入口处迎来有机交叠轮廓，如五线谱层层起伏，歌颂着大海的无限姿态，浪花在击上岩石的轰隆声中滂薄散落。水平线延展如冬日宁静的海流，于苍茫天际下缓缓荡漾。售楼处设计以建筑曲度呈现音乐流动之感，呼应大海或轻快、或沉着，来回往复、高低强弱构成浪花起伏姿态。

衔接两座量体的廊道是幕间音乐，轻柔笛声为主音，售楼处设计在壮阔开场的序曲与第二场域汹涌多变间，舒缓观者情绪，海面平稳，个人心绪因而得到放松。
The corridor connecting the two volumes is the interlude music, with the soft flute as the main sound. Between the grand opening prelude and the turbulent and changeable field of the second scene, the audience's mood is relieved, the sea is stable, and the individual's mood is thus relaxed.
